Accommodations:  Gulf front condominium, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (Sleeps 6 people comfortably).

     Located in the heart of the Panama City Beach area, the condo is easily accessible to and minutes away from all activities:  shopping, golfing, restaurants, beach clubs, day/dinner cruises, museums, parks, marinas, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, gaming, amusement/water parks, mini golf, go-cart tracks, parasailing, airboat/seaplane adventures, horseback riding, the zoo, Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, dog racing and much more. 

     Ocean Villa features covered parking, a trash chute on each floor, a seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool, an outdoor pool with sun deck , lounge chairs, chairs and tables, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room and pool deck pavilion with 2 gas barbecue grills.  

     This two-bedroom, two bath unit features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom and one queen sleeper-sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is located adjacent to a bathroom.  The kitchen, laundry, and bath areas are ceramic tile. The living area, dining area and bedrooms are carpeted.  The total square footage of each unit is 1146 square foot with a 247 square foot large balcony overlooking the gulf with access from both the living area and the master bedroom.  Cable TV is provided in the living area and in each bedroom. A 32” HDTV with progressive scan DVD player and 300 watt stereo is provided in the living area. A 27” HDTV with progressive scan DVD player is provided in the master bedroom and a 26”HDTV with progressive scan DVD player is provided in the guest bedroom.   

  This unit rents on a weekly basis, seven nights from Saturday to Saturday, during the spring, summer and fall seasons or on a weekly or monthly basis during the winter season.  Nightly rental will be considered.  Seasonal rental rates are listed below and until confirmed are subject to change without notice.  Before contacting us, please check our calendar for your desired dates.  No smoking and no pets.
